For children, the playing field is close by with swings, slide, zip wire, skateboard facility, outdoor table tennis, and 2 well-maintained tennis courts.  The house next door takes the bookings for the courts.

There are opportunities for bird watching, as well as many walks to be taken, both inland and in both directions along the coast, or you can cycle.

The nearest village is Burnham Market, and the nearest small town is Wells next the Sea, where there are supermarkets and cafes.

There are excellent restaurants in Burnham Market, Wells, Brancaster, and in both Great and Little Walsingham.  You can also eat at the local pub which is just down the road.
