Fitted kitchen with hob & oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, all cutlery, crockery, filter coffee machine (please bring necessary 1x4 filter papers).

First Floor
Three bedrooms - sleeping a total of 6 (in addition, there is a single truckle bed available):

The Stairs

Please note: access to the 1st floor is by a Norfolk winding staircase. There are handrails and a hand-rope, but it could be difficult for the elderly or disabled.

There are electric heaters downstairs, and in the hall upstairs.
The Garden

Secluded and enclosed garden with large grassed area, flower beds, apple trees, table and bench. There are additional garden chairs in the house.

There is an outside tap & hosepipe for washing after the beach.
